I was a RN for 27 1/2 years and began having symptoms that could not be ignored when I was 49 1/2 and now I'm 69. I agree with Shirley, twitches aren't BEB but tired eyes, stressed eyes or a nerve that is being irritated. What Shirley described are the symptoms I had that got progressively worse. I only check in occasionally to read and comment. I will tell you this, you will see many ideas for many symptoms and what works for one may or may not work for everyone. I tried them all until I found what worked for me.
