Search the BEBRF Blepharospasm Pages

• This searches all of the pages on the blepharospasm site except for the bulletin board. If you wish to search the bulletin board, go to Blepharospasm Bulletin Board and use the "Find" link in the top navigation bar and/or the "Archive" link just below the navigation bar.
  
  
• You may wish to use "(highlight matches)" to locate specific references to your keyword(s). The "(highlight matches)" option does not work in all instances. In that case, use your browser's "Edit > Find in (on) This Page" option
  
  
• The search function will not search for phrases but one can enter multiple words separated by a single space. Do not include quotes in the search box.
  
  
• As well listing words which you want to occur in retrieved documents, you can also restrict your search by listing words which will cause documents to be omitted. For example,     +blepharospasm -botox     would retrieve threads which contained the word   blepharospasm   but not the word   botox.
  
  
• Some of the items in the hit list will contain a string of gibberish. I do not know what causes this but it does not appear to affect functionality.
